Stefan Beuge currently practices as a bankruptcy attorney with Phelan Hallinan, PLC representing lenders on secured loans for residential mortgages. After relocating to the United States from Germany in 1999, Stefan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Geography at the University of South Florida. He began his work in the real estate field in 2002. In addition to providing continuous real estate litigation support for numerous private and public sector clients while continuing his employment as an urban planner, Stefan was earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. As a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association (TBBBA) he has published articles on the Mortgage Modification Program and Chapter 11 plan confirmations in the TBBBA’s quarterly newsletter.
