- Learn how to write a Chapter 13 plan when debtor is seeking Mortgage Modification
- Learn how to earn a No-Look Fee of $2500.00 per case in the CDCA
Afternoon Session:
- Learn about dischargeability of Student Loans and new ways to deal with Student Loans when dischargeability is not an option
- Tips when applying and excellent tools such as Student Loanify to make it easier to assist your clients through the process
- Learn how to protect your clients. Most public service forgiveness applications to date have been denied
